The day before the conference starts, you will be emailed a code to join the conference Google Classroom. We will use the Google Classroom to organize and post the links and handouts for all of the sessions as well as passwords and links that will let you log in to the Zoom sessions.
We will kick off the conference with a demonstration on how to navigate the Google Classroom so that you don't miss out on anything!
You can use the Zoom app on a phone or tablet or you can use on a computer through the web browser or downloaded application. The downloaded version tends to run more smoothly. It is a good idea to open the app the day before to make sure you don't have any updates that need to be made so that you can start the workshop on time.
Once the live sessions start you will have the option to turn on the video which makes it feel a little more like an in-person workshop. We can't wait to see you!
